We're sorry to see you go. Use this form to request permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
STEP 1
Verification email
We send a confirmation link to your registered email within 24 hours to verify the request is really yours.
STEP 2
14-day grace period
Your account is deactivated immediately after verification. You can cancel the request and restore everything within 14 days.
STEP 3
Permanent deletion
After the grace period, your profile, campaign history, and personal data are permanently erased from our systems.
Before you go — what deletion means
- Your profile, linked social accounts, and campaign history are permanently removed.
- Any pending payouts must be withdrawn first — unclaimed balances are forfeited after deletion.
- Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. payment and tax records) are retained for the statutory period, then erased.
- This action cannot be undone after the grace period.
